Complaints and returns at Embrance.me
At Embrance.me, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you have the right to file a complaint or return it in accordance with the rules below.
Complaints
If the product has a defect or is not compliant with the order, please contact us by email at embrancehug@gmail.com and include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- photos showing the defect, if possible.
We will review your complaint within 14 days of receiving it and inform you about the next steps.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of return:

The product should be returned in unchanged condition, unless the change was necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refunds
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will refund the payment using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.
